Greetings,
The Southern New Jersey Chapter of the National Coalition
of 100 Black Women, Inc., a non-profit organization, strives
to encourage healthy life styles, education, gender equity
and economic development. This is done through facilitation
of workshops, active partnerships and networking throughout
the community, and the need for these initiatives is more
prevalent and growing.
We, the members of the Southern New Jersey Chapter, are passionate
about making a positive impact on the community. We have presented
and held presentations and workshops about hospice, breast
cancer screenings, and HIV/AIDS awareness. Our Chapter has
held a SIDS workshop for parents and caregivers, awarded women
of achievement and have awarded over $40,000 to the community
in the form of college scholarships to high school seniors
and to the non-traditional students.
As we continue to move forward, many more remarkable programs
will be introduced to meet the needs of the community.
In closing, thank you for visiting the website of the Southern
New Jersey Chapter. We hope this communication tool will assist
you in contacting us and obtaining more information about
our programs.
Sincerely,
Lillie Wilson
